Score For All Scoring (“Score For All,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) builds tools that help coaches, organizers, and players manage basketball games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share when using the Score For All Scoring mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

• Google Sign-In: Users sign in through Google, so no separate username or password is required.
• Account Details: Basic profile information such as your Google account name and email address (provided by Google when you grant permission).
• Team & Match Data: Details you provide to organize a match—team names, player details, jersey numbers, referees, venues, and scheduling preferences.
• Support Requests: Content from messages or emails you send to our support team so we can respond and resolve issues.
• Device Information: Non-identifying data such as device model, operating system version, and crash diagnostics to help us troubleshoot and improve performance. We do not track your precise location.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to deliver and improve the App, customize your experience, provide customer support, secure your account, comply with legal obligations, and create aggregated, non-identifiable insights to understand product usage trends.

3. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, or authentication partners) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to security incidents.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

5. Your Choices

• Access & Updates: Review or update your team or account information in the App or by contacting us.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information; verified requests are fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.
• Notifications: Control push notifications through your device settings. Disabling them does not affect essential service announcements.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date, posting an in-app notice, or using other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.

9. Google Play Store Requirements

This policy applies to the app listing for Score For All Scoring on the Google Play Store. To request deletion of your account and associated data:

1. Send an email to s4a.india@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in to the App.
2. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
3. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize the applicable data within 30 days.

Data Deleted: Google profile information (name, email), team and match data, and support correspondence. Data Retained: Non-identifying analytics or crash logs may be kept for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
